At Central Mobile Village, we offer people who want an affordable and comfortable stay in the Port Arthur, Texas area with sites that have 30 amp or 50 amp electrical hook ups. Some of the sites have pull-through access. For renters who want an RV lot that is not directly under the hot Texas sun, we have many shady spots as well. Every RV lot has regularly maintained water and sewer hookups, and there are spacious showers and clean restrooms on site.
We offer daily, weekly, and monthly rates. The price for an RV space rental includes WiFi, a picnic table, access to a recreation hall with a kitchen, and many other important amenities that ensure convenience and an enjoyable and relaxing stay.
Our RV space rental agreement is clear, straightforward, and easy to understand. This agreement states that the renters leave their recreational vehicles at their own risk, and that we are not responsible for any fire, theft, damage or other loss. However, this is seldom a problem. The people who stay with us are friendly, respectful and make great neighbors. In our decades of operation, there has never been a serious criminal incident.
The agreement also states that in addition to trailer or RV parking, renters are allowed to park an additional vehicle at each RV lot. This is perfect for seasonal workers who come to work in Port Arthur, Texas, or have to commute to towns in Southeast Texas or Southwest Louisiana that are a short driving distance from our RV park.
